Summer Maintenance

Our summer maintenance schedule starts in March or early April. Once the snow starts melting our staff will visit your property twice per week to collect garbage and make note of any problem areas that need to be addressed.

Spring clean-ups start once the lawns dry out and start to green up. This is the first step to ensure you have a healthy and attractive lawn.

Our spring clean-ups include:

  • Aeration to reduce soil compaction and allow the lawn to absorb water and nutrients more efficiently

  • Power raking to remove excess thatch. This promotes new growth and keeps the lawn healthy and thick

  • Blowing out of flower and shrub beds, fence lines and other areas where debris collects

  • High vac mowing and edging of all concrete walks to leave your lawn looking neat and clean

  • High-nitrogen fertilizer to promote growth and greening of the lawn

For the remainder of the summer garbage is collected and lawns are mowed weekly to maintain their neat appearance. Lawns are mulched to return valuable nutrients and water. In addition, fertilizer and weed control are applied in fall and summer to keep your lawn healthy and weed-free. In fall our staff will collect and remove the falling leaves every week to maintain a neat appearance.

More services that increase your property's value and keep it beautiful:

  •  Pruning and removal of shrubs and trees

  • Weeding and maintenance of tree wells and shrub beds

  • Parking lot sweeping and repairs
  • Pressure washing of concrete, store fronts, fences, etc.
